Holding multiple pre-reunion Class get-togethers (“Preunions”)

Level of difficulty: Basic (Each event is basic, but  coordinating many is intermediate.)
Cost to attend: none (At museum, there was a low cost pay your own lunch at cafeteria.)
Award Winner: 2019

Project:  Class leadership invited classmates to host parties in their homes across the country for other classmates in their area. Class leadership then helped coordinate 9 get-togethers, one of which was a museum tour. Regional Club Education Event to serve Remote Club Members

Cost to attend: Low

Adding an Athletic SIG Event to a weekend of Class Reunions

Level of difficulty: Basic
Cost to attend: None (A Reunion is high cost item, but nothing extra to attend this, and nominal cost to add it.)
Award winner: 2010

Project: The Class of 1970, the Yale Fencing Association and the Yale Athletic Department worked together to hold a simple all-class Fencing reception in the spring of 2010 during each of the two weekends designated for Class Reunions.
